We took over a page in OGV Jobs with a feature on mentoring
Put final plans in place for this week’s Offshore Europe event, in collaboration with OGUK and The OGTC – our largest ever AXIS event!
Confirmed plans for our November event, in collaboration with Shell - more (very exciting!) news to follow
Filmed our first ever industry leader interview – awaiting comms clearance to share with you!
Presented at OGV’s Talent Management Forum on the topic of gender diversity in recruitment
Ran the first few interviews for our new and improved role models feature
Our new thought leadership and resources initiative is underway – website updates to follow
Collaborated with OGTC on their new mentoring initiative
Prepared the shortlist for OGUK’s D&I award panel interviews which we have been invited to judge
Continued to share lots of (we hope!) useful and relevant content on our LinkedIn channel (follow us here!)
Mentoring cohort 3 is ongoing, with 17 pairings successfully made, representing 26 companies
