AXIS Network is run entirely by volunteers. Individuals who are all passionate about gender equity within the UK energy sector and leverage their own personal lived experiences to bring a considered, holistic view and support to a complex and challenging culture shift. We adapt commitment expectations to everyone's personal circumstances throughout their time with us.
Our Story
Founded in 2014 out of Offshore Europe. There has been a lot of growth over the past 10 plus years, expanding from our grass roots days of networking, to a charity focused on creating gender equitable workplaces.
