We will be taking an alternative look at affecting the gender balance.  

This session will be led by AXIS Network’s Chair, Karen Blanc, who will be joined by a panel including Peter Duff and, Ian Dinwiddy where they will discuss how creating an inclusive culture is a collective effort, how gender balance initiatives are often driven by women and would a more valuable process be for all sexes to be engaged in leading change?  You will also hear Peter Duff address how all leaders can support inclusion, and Ian Dinwiddy speaks on why men’s work-life balance benefits everyone.
